Pastoral Parish Council
"Do not grow slack in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord." - Romans 12:11
Serving the parish with vision, advice and expertise
The members of the parish council serve three year terms and are elected from the parish at large. They share and work with the Parish Life Collaborator in the parish decision making process.
The family of St. Bernadette's Catholic Parish is committed to welcoming and serving one another and our community. Embracing the richness of our diversity, we embody the spirit of God. Through vibrant worship, careful stewardship, active fellowship, and Catholic education, we recognize the dignity of all persons as members of the Body of Christ.
We are blessed and anointed with memories of our diverse origins and community life. As a parish, we are concerned with the physical health and well-being of all members. We are committed to building unity among our parishioners while extending a warm welcome to strangers, listening to their needs and ideas. We endeavor to provide fellowship, spiritual growth, as well as embracing the work of other ministry groups. In all that we do we lift up our hearts to the Lord.

Joining the Parish Council
The Parish Council members are nominated by the parish at large in November of each year. As elections are pending, parishioners will be notified and given sufficient information to make informed decisions about the Parish Council candidates, and cast votes in December of each year.
